Important — online prescription channel not yet active: MIA Health does not currently ship prescription medications. This policy describes how shipping will operate once our online prescription channel is enabled, following LegitScript Healthcare (Telemedicine) certification. In-clinic services (IV therapy, consultations) do not involve shipping.
Once active, we will ship prescribed treatments only to states where our providers are licensed (currently Florida) and where applicable law permits. See our Licensed States page for the current list. We do not ship internationally.
Orders will ship only after a licensed provider approves your treatment. Once approved, orders will typically be prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information by email.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Certain compounded medications are temperature-sensitive and ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Please refrigerate them promptly on arrival as instructed in your kit.
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Packages returned due to an incorrect address may require a re-shipment fee. Contact us promptly if a delivery is delayed or lost.
