Payment for prescription treatments is authorized at checkout and only captured after a licensed provider reviews your intake and approves treatment. If your request is not approved, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
Once a provider has reviewed your intake and rendered a clinical decision, the medical consultation fee is non-refundable, as the service has been performed.
For health and safety reasons, prescription and compounded medications that have shipped or been dispensed cannot be returned or refunded once they leave the pharmacy. This is standard practice across licensed pharmacies and is required by regulation.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee.
Submit refund requests through your patient portal or by emailing the address below with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution of your concern.
