Where We Are Licensed

In-clinic and IV services are provided at our Miami, Florida location and are available to patients physically present in Florida.

Our online prescription channel is not yet active. MIA Health does not currently offer online consultations or sell, dispense, or ship prescribed treatments through this website. Once the channel launches — following LegitScript Healthcare (Telemedicine) certification — online consultations and prescribed treatments will be available only to patients located in states where our providers hold an active license at the time of the visit.

Currently licensed states: Florida. Additional states will be listed here as licensure is obtained.

Once the online channel is live, we will confirm your location during intake. If our providers are not licensed in your state, treatment will not be prescribed or shipped to you, and any payment authorization will be released.

MIA Health does not offer DEA-scheduled controlled substances on any channel — neither online nor in person.
